✨Toki ✨Meki ✨Film Festival brings together 100 cultural events including film screenings, photo exhibitions, and anime viewing parties across 100 days. The festival’s name draws from the Japanese word “Toki Meki,” meaning the flutter of romantic excitement or joy.

The visual identity echoes the festival spirit. It balances intense playfulness with a clear, structured purpose: the design overlaps (literally) as a container for the festival itself, layering event details and the festival name together so both are taken in at a glance and felt and understood at the same time.
