Fables and Futures is a creative learning kit that pairs two comics with hands-on activities. The kit is designed to help kids build a point of view about emerging technologies–how to think about them, question them, and imagine better alternatives. Through collage, storytelling, and game-building, learners begin to understand that technology is shaped by human choices–and that they can play a powerful role in shaping it more responsibly.
The design of this kit is typographically focused to complement the illustrated comic and imaginary natural world of Massa Mist. Bold and active typography fills the pages. Hand-drawn elements merge with dynamic typography to demonstrate the power of human choices in shaping our technological future.
